"I believe this method of partnering local evangelists with evangelists from other parts of the world holds great promise for the future…I strongly commend this significant effort, and I believe it has the potential for reaching thousands with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ."
Rev. Billy Graham
THe Barnabas connection
In Acts 11:22-26 we see a biblical model for evangelism for our time: Barnabas travelled to Antioch under the authority of the Jerusalem Church, where he saw evidence of the grace of God already at work. He went to Tarsus, found an evangelist, Saul (Paul), who had the gifts that Antioch needed. Together they returned to Antioch, and as they worked in partnership with the local believers, a great number of people came to the Lord.
Today there are many places in the world like ancient Antioch. GoodWORD strives to bring local vision and international evangelists together to creatively reach a community for Christ, using our years of experience in international evangelism.

GOODWORD IS COMMITTED TO FIVE PRINCIPLES OF MISSION
- We work with recognized Christian evangelists of integrity.
- The local church takes primary responsibility for ministry and local funding.
- We partner local and international evangelists, a biblical model for an interconnected world (Acts 11:19-26).
- We ensure that deeds of compassion accompany evangelism efforts (Acts 2:42-47)
- We ensure that training and equipping coincide with evangelism efforts (Acts 2:42-47).
"There is a great need to re-emphasize the important role played by the preaching evangelist with a primary emphasis on the saving work of Christ. People with this call should be given opportunities to exercise their ministry so that large numbers of people would be given an opportunity to respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ."
